Dr. Richard J. Herzog is a Board-Certified Radiologist specializing in Musculoskeletal/Spine radiology. He has published over 40 articles in scientific peer review journals and is a major contributor to texts for the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He has been invited repeatedly to serve as an instructional course faculty at the annual American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS). He has held Editorial Review positions for American Journal of Orthopaedics, Journal of the American Academy of Orthopaedics Surgery, and the Journal Spine. Dr. Herzog is an advisor to orthopaedic corporations and radiologic consultant for various sports teams. Dr. Herzog is a member of the HSS Institutional Research Review Board.
Dr. Herzog has been listed in the Consumer's Research Council of America's: "Guide to America's Top Radiologist".
